Certain imagery and wallpapers available on Ink Grass are released in two versions; one with a gamma of 2.2 and the other with a gamma of 1.8. These versions are labelled “Windows” and “Mac” respectively.

The reason why two versions are released is that Windows and Macintosh operating systems operate with different gamma correction, so adjusted images are released for both to ensure you get the best possible display quality.

For other operating systems, it is recommended you download both versions of the image and test which one is most suitable for your display.
